How to Use:
Our garlic cloves are super convenient and full of flavour. No need for fiddly peeling, simply take out as many cloves as required and crush with a mortar & pestle or with a Ziploc bag and rolling pin before adding to your meals.
Why Freeze-Dried?
Freeze drying better retains the nutritional value of the garlic and extracts more water content than other drying methods, such as dehydration. The result is high quality, full-flavoured garlic that really packs a punch!
